Fish tank was cleaned today, filters rinsed, and one gallon of water was changed today. My teacher drilled a feeding hole in the cover of the aquarium last night so that the automatic feeder can be used soon. He glued on a little funnel to help direct the food into the aquarium and the glue is still drying. The cover has been off of the aquarium since last night. During the night one of the fish jumped out of the aquarium and I found him this morning on the ground, I felt so bad. hopefully the cover will be back on the aquarium soon! Today I began to transition the fish over to 1.5mm food with 1.2mm food still being fed in increasingly smaller amounts. This size of food is intended for 2.5-3.0 inch fish and it is supposed to be fed for 2 weeks. The first week they are to be fed 1.5 tsp of food per day and during the second week they are to be feed 1.75 tsp of food per day.
