Cleaned the bottom of the tank and filter, removed one of the rocks from the tank after finding another fry who was squashed by one. I hope this solves the problem, I feel aweful that this keeps happening! Fish were fed at 10:00am, 3:30pm, and 5:30pm. They are still receiving both #2 and 1.2 mm foods, as a few are still a little too small for the big food. Changed one gallon of water from the tank, and everything looks like it's going pretty well. Took a few pictures today!
